Creekwood Digital Solutions is responsible for information under its control and has designated David Powell to be accountable for the organisation's compliance with the Privacy Principles.
Identifying Purposes
Creekwood Digital Solutions has identified certain contact information (name, phone number, email address, address) for clients and potential clients as being likely to contain personal information. This information will be used to stay in contact with you and inform you of our services.

Information gathered during analysis prior to and during the commission of a contract will usually involve only business information not personal information. This information will be used to determine needs of a client and fulfil the contract.

Information collected from clients for billing purposes may also be personal in some cases. This information will be used to create an invoice and to collect the bill.

Information collected in the www.creekwood.ca site by the statistics package provided by my ISP consists of standard information contained in Internet packets such as the type of browser used and the domain name from which you linked to this site. This information is used to optimise the web site and determine search criteria used to arrive here.
